About Us
"Lizdeika" Public Institution (PI) is a non-profit organization that provides non-formal education, specializing in the field of cybersecurity.
The institution was founded by members of the Cybersecurity Unit of the Lithuanian Riflemen's Union. Our mission is to strengthen society's ability to recognize and defend against cyber threats. To achieve this, we design and deliver hands-on cybersecurity training programs, including specialized courses for students and school pupils.
Unmanned Aircraft Pilot Training
"Lizdeika" PI Conducted the First Riflemen Drone Pilot Training
In support of Lithuania's national defense, "Lizdeika" PI conducted its training program titled "Riflemen Unmanned Aircraft (Drone) Operation Training."
Participants gained knowledge and hands-on experience in operating FPV (First-Person View) attack and close reconnaissance drones, incorporating lessons from the war in Ukraine and modern warfare tactics.
"Lizdeika" PI plans to offer this training on a regular basis. The program is partially funded by the Ministry of National Defence of the Republic of Lithuania.
Cybersecurity Fundamentals Training for Students and School Pupils
"Lizdeika" PI has developed non-formal cybersecurity training programs targeted at students and school pupils. Our goal is to equip them with practical knowledge and skills to protect themselves and their data from cyber threats.
